ai-jev.org ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website ai-jev.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our site. We are an independently operated website and are not affiliated with TypeSafe or the Jev team.

• Account information — if you sign up for an account (e.g., to access admin or settings features), we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide.
• Support tickets — if you submit a support request, we collect the content you submit and your contact details.
• Hosted run content — when you use the Playground or Batch CSV evaluation, we process the input text and questions you submit to deliver the result (see "Third-party services").

Information collected automatically

• Analytics — we use analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) that may collect anonymized browsing data including pages visited, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Cookies — our site may use essential cookies for authentication (when you sign in) and optional analytics cookies. See the "Cookies" section below for details.
• Server logs — our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs, and timestamps. These logs are used for security and operational purposes.

How we use your information

Third-party services

• Hosted runs (Playground and Batch CSV evaluation) — the input text and questions you submit are processed by our servers and forwarded to our AI model provider, OpenRouter, which routes them to the selected model to generate the result. We do not write the submitted input text or the returned result to our database. Our server logs record operational metadata (such as input length, question count, status codes, and timestamps). When a run fails, the logs may also include a short excerpt of the model provider's response for troubleshooting. Logs are rotated on our hosting provider's standard schedule. We also keep a credit usage record linked to your account. OpenRouter and the underlying model provider handle the request under their own privacy policies. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal data.
• Batch history in your browser — Batch CSV evaluation saves your most recent batches (up to 10, including row text and results) in your browser's local storage so you can review them later. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers; you can delete it by clearing your browser's site data.
• Exported code — when you run exported code yourself, requests go directly from your environment to the AI API provider you choose, using your own credentials. Those requests do not pass through our servers.
• Payments — payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Analytics — our analytics service has its own privacy policy. We use it only with your consent.

Data retention

• Account data is retained until you delete your account or request its removal.
• Support ticket contents are retained for as long as needed to resolve the request.
• Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
