About this site

ai-jev.org is an independently operated website for learning and experimenting with Jev — the structured, typed decision-making framework for AI agents.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TypeSafe or the Jev team. Guides are written and maintained by the site operator and reviewed for accuracy against official documentation.

What this site offers

  • Online Playground (hosted) — run Jev-style typed classification questions against your own input. Runs are executed by our servers through our AI model provider (OpenRouter) and billed in credits: 1 successful run = 1 credit, failed runs are free.
  • Batch CSV evaluation (hosted) — upload a CSV and run the same hosted evaluation for every row, billed per successful run.
  • API Guide — copy-ready request examples in JSON, cURL, and TypeScript for integrating Jev into your own workflow.
  • Methodology — explainability-first approach to classification decisions: inspect the criteria, review the cases, export and test locally.

The public guides are available without an account. An account is required for hosted runs, paid plans, and billing features. You do not need your own AI API key to use hosted runs, and we never ask for it. The built-in templates are authored hypotheses; results from hosted runs are live model outputs.

Two ways to run

  • On this site (hosted): your input and questions are sent to our servers, forwarded to OpenRouter for processing, and the result is returned to you. This consumes credits. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
  • In your own environment (exported code): when you export and run a request yourself, it executes in your own environment using your own API key and does not pass through our servers or consume credits. Charges may apply according to that provider's pricing.
